This unique 1910 home rests in the center of Monte Vista, a National Registered Historic District. The home provides visitors the ability to purchase most antiques found within the home.

The parlor room, decorated with a year round Christmas tree and fireplace, will allow you, as a guest, an atmosphere to read of just relax. The dining room adjacent to the parlor room provides a memorable setting for an enhanced continental breakfast Monday through Friday. Guests will enjoy specially prepared hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Rooms: The Santa Claus Room is decorated with red & white accents and is furnished with a queen size bed. It is located on the second floor. The Christmas Tree Room is enhanced with green & white accents, carpeted, and has a queen size bed. It is located on the second floor. The Victorian Bedroom has pink & mauve accents with gold and black decor, carpeted, and has a queen size bed. It is located on the second floor. The Blue & Silver Room is ADA approved for disabled and wheel chair guests, and is decorated with blue and silver accents. It is conveniently located on the first floor. *All rooms have bathrooms with a shower *All rooms feature private or semi-private verandas shaded by pecan trees *All rooms have unique quilts, some hand stitched, and all furnishings in the rooms are for sale.

The Snowman Suite-is a spacious suite painted white with green & red accents. The two room suite is able to sleep four adults.

Grant & Penny Estes moved to San Antonio, Texas a few years ago from Seattle, Washington. They have fallen in love with the year-round, festive, river city that San Antonio is traditionally known as. Their love of history is evident in some unique, historical papers and one-of-a-kind items decorating at The Christmas House Bed & Breakfast.
